  2. Pull your numbers — they're already on your dashboard

    Most associates never think to grab their metrics, but they exist: your POS or employee dashboard, weekly and monthly sales reports, loyalty and credit-card tallies, mystery-shop or satisfaction scores, and the team leaderboard.
